Salmon Tacos with Spicy Sweet Passion Fruit Slaw
SALMON TACOS WITH SPICY SWEET PASSION FRUIT SLAW
Servings 6-8 Tacos
INGREDIENTS
- 2 lb. salmon fillets
- 1 tbsp. Pisqueya Sazón
- 1 tbsp. Pisqueya Adobo
- Sea salt + black pepper, to taste
- 2 tbsp. avocado oil
- 2 cups vegetable slaw, store-bought
- ¼ cup Pisqueya Spicy Sweet with Passion Fruit sauce
- 1 tbsp. agave, or to taste
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- 6 - 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- Avocado slices, for serving
- Chopped cilantro, for serving

METHOD
1) Heat oil on a large skillet between medium and medium-high heat.
2) Season the salmon fillets with Pisqueya Sazón and Pisqueya Adobo.
3) Add the salmon skin side down and cook for 3-4 minutes.
4) Flip the fillets and cook for another 3-4 minutes. Place the fish on a plate and let it rest for few minutes. With a fork, flake the fish and set aside.
5) In a small bowl, combine Pisqueya Spicy Sweet with Passion Fruit sauce sauce, agave, juice from 2 lime wedges, salt and black pepper.
6) In a large bowl, add the vegetable slaw and spicy passionfruit sauce and mix well.
7) Heat the tortillas and assemble with salmon, sweet and spicy vegetable slaw, avocado slices and chopped cilantro.
