Domestic and international orders typically ship 1-3 business days after they are placed. You will receive an email notification with the tracking information when your order ships.
We aim for 100% customer satisfaction, but we are also a small-batch company. We can only accept the return of unopened goods for a replacement, credit or full refund. If you are not happy with an opened product, please let us know and we will do our best to address your concerns.
If your order was received damaged, please send us an email email@example.com describing the damage. Also, please attach a photo showing the damage. We are unable to accept damage claims over the phone. The carriers require us to supply them with your email and photo in order to consider a claim.
