Tamarindo BBQ Chicken Wings
TAMARINDO BBQ CHICKEN WINGS

INGREDIENTS
- 4 lbs. chicken wings (24 – 28 wings)
- 1 1/2 tbsp. Pisqueya Adobo
- 1 cup Pisqueya Tamarindo BBQ sauce

METHOD
1) Place oven rack in the middle and preheat to 425˚ F.
2) Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
3) Pat dry the chicken wings with paper towel and transfer them to a large bowl.
4) Sprinkle the Pisqueya Adobo over the wings making sure to cover evenly.
5) Arrange the wings without overcrowding them and bake for about 30 - 33 minutes.
6) Remove from oven and set it to broil.
7) Slather the baked wings with Pisqueya's Tamarindo BBQ sauce on both sides and broil on high for 4 – 5 minutes.
8) Remove from the oven and brush some more barbeque sauce before serving.
