SMOKY HOT SALSA

A family recipe made with the rare to find, Caribbean-grown scotch bonnet pepper for an earthy, smoky-sweet tropical heat.

This sauce features the scotch bonnet pepper’s flavor at the forefront, but it is not hyper-spicy. We add fresh jalapeños to balance out the intensity and make it much palatable.
